Fully self-contained, 1 bedroom; private entrance & a comfortable vibe. Please email w/any questions regarding dates. It's a great, quiet, safe neighbourhood, with a 9-hole golf course only a few minutes walk away, along with a recreation centre, plus a 5km walking chip trail around the course. Hillside Shopping Centre is only a few minutes away. The #4 city bus offers transport to downtown within 15 minutes, and the stop is right around the corner. It's convenient to downtown, the University of Victoria, Royal Jubilee Hospital and Camosun College (Lansdowne Campus). Safe, street parking is available. Warm, inviting and welcoming. I hope you find it provides an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The space is a great reprieve from the heat in the summer. It can be a bit on the darker side in the fall and winter months, but I have provided ample lighting to give it a warmer feel. \*Just slightly higher than 6'1" ceilings. The washroom is a bit of a challenge for large peopl the area is quiet and there is easy access to all the places we wanted to go. It is a generous and comfortable one bedroom suite; the kitchen is well equipped; and it is centrally located with easy access to the major routes. It is a mature house in an older part of town; and so some local tolerances are in order: don't be too tall and drive a smaller car. In sum, Casa Grosvenor is easy to enjoy. ##### Louis M. I visited my twin for our birthday and each day my nieces picked me up and we either walked or caught the very convenient BC Transit bus to get out and about in Victoria! We hiked at Lake Thetis and it was breathtaking. Each night I was able to relax in your beautiful suite. Rita is a very hospitable owner. It is perfect for one person and probably a couple too. The shower is a bit snug but not uncomfortable at all. I would definitely stay here again for my next visit. ##### Marcie F.
