There are only 2 steps to get into this home along the walkway and 2 steps to get into the suite. The suite is located on the LEFT side of the house along the walkway.. The landlord lives upstairs. This home is odour free. THIS IS A SMOKE AND VAPE FREE AND PET FREE HOME both inside and outside AND THIS IS A DRUG FREE HOME. ABSOLUTELY NO CANNABIS ALLOWED. We share the air we breathe. Partying and noise is prohibited. Thank you. Please be respectful with noise of others living beside/above us. This is our in-law suite for my mother-in-law when she stays with us. We also use this suite as a guest suite for family and friends. This suite is an extension of our home. The connecting door from my side to the suite will be locked. Please unlock the connecting door at checkout so I can do the cleaning. This is a fully furnished IN-law suite in Victoria BC and is located near Langford and is 2 min from Costco and Millstream Shopping Plaza and 3 min to Thetis Lake. There is a separate kitchen (though it is really a bar), separate bath and the bedroom and living room are combined. There is a portable hotplate (no stove). There are pots, pans, microwave that also does baking, cooktop. sink, fridge, plates, glasses ..... everything you could possibly imagine. Coffee Station Coffee/tea/sugar and coffeemate is included with each stay. We have a variety of coffee to choose from (Godiva, Starbucks dark roast pods, Tim's, Decaf and other brands, Tea (ginger/blueberry green tea, chai, chamomile, earl green etc). Please note, this suite only comes street parking which is 4 houses up or 4 houses down. If you have several bags, please drop them off first at the property then park your car. We meet and greet all of our guests and do a Condition Inspection walkthrough of 10 min where we will show you how to use amenities so your trip goes smoothly. We ask that all guests respect our home and furnishings and return it in the same condition it was given to you in - AND damage free. Please do not take anything that does not belong to you. We do an inventory check after each checkout. This suite does not have self-checkin. The Host meets and greets all of their guests. Host will do a condition inspection walkthrough with guests and show them how to use the amenities so damage is avoided. In the suite you will find his/her Hotel Collection robes and a Guest Book full of information such as house rules, wifi username/password etc. We are located about 20-25 min away from DT Victoria, and about 45 min away from Schwartz Bay Ferries. What we need to know from you: 1\. Purpose of trip. 2\. Number of guests, ages and how you know each other. 3\. The vehicle that you will be bringing. 4\. Confirmation that you have read the house rules. Laundry Room is only available for stays past 6 days. DECADENT FRENCH CREPES BREAKFAST $18 Per Person We also offer decadent French crepes for breakfast made with almond or coconut milk with your choice of 1 or 2 fruit (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, kiwi, mango or nectarines. Topped with your choice of syrup (maple, strawberry, blackberry), shredded coconut. Whipped Topping (Nutella, Coolwhip, whip cream, or sugar free vanilla ice cream) Served with your choice of fruit juice (orange juice, blackberry lemonade). It must be pre-booked in advance. Breakfast must be before 9 am except an is not available on Wednesdays. Breakfast is served in our rainforest back yard in the outdoor dining area or in your suite upon request. If interested, please share what time you would like your breakfast and your topping and beverage choice. I do like to personally great each guest and show you how use the keypad lock and do a walkthrough. If I am unable to meet you I will send you a 4 digit code and meet/greet you on another day. We strive for a 5 star rating. If there is anything we can do, please let us know. We want your stay to be relaxing and enjoyable. Checkout Instructions: Gather all towels If you are able to, please wash your dishes. Lock up. Leave windows open to air out the suite. Leave suite reasonably tidy. Remove your garbage if you were a 6 day stay or longer. For shorter stays, we will remove it for you. Garbage goes in shed along walkway. Sort recycling into the labeled blue bins such as glass, plastic, paper, and bottle depot refundables. Owner lives above and was very accommodating to requests. I rented it for my 80+ yr old parents who flew in to Victoria for the weekend. The location is somewhat isolated from amenities if you aren't driving; if you are driving, then parking is a significant challenge in this tightly configured residential neighborhood. ##### Darryl F.
