Summary: New to the rental market, our mountain modern townhome was built in 2020\. Just minutes on foot from downtown Victor provides you with the modern amenities you would expect while embracing the spirit of the Teton Valley. Whether you're looking for a weekend getaway to ski any of the 3 resorts within a half hour's drive, explore the valley, or escape and still be connected enough to work remotely - you'll find this to be a fantastic fit! The Space: Both bedrooms are on the ground floor, with a king bed in the master and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom with shower. The living room and kitchen are located upstairs on the second floor and stairs are required to access them. A well-equipped kitchen in this open floor plan offers bar seating for 3, as well as a dining table with seating for 6\. Brand new stainless steel appliances are a wonderful accent to the sleek finishes in this kitchen. The living room is comfortably furnished with a large loveseat and ottoman, 2 chairs and rustic log-round end tables. A gas fireplace could be your focal point after those long days on the ski hill, or alternatively you may turn your attention to the beautiful views of the Big Hole mountain range out the west-facing windows. There is wi-fi internet and a smart TV in the living room providing access to most common streaming services using your own accounts. Also situated in the living room is a convenient work area / desk that will accommodate 2 people working remotely. Located just minutes on foot from all the downtown Victor shopping and dining - you won't find a more convenient location for exploring all that the area has to offer while still having a sense of privacy and the luxuries of a modern home built to escape! An elevated second floor deck facing the west provides an amazing outdoor relaxation spot with views of the Big Hole mountains and gorgeous sunsets. With construction completed in 2020, this home has all the modern amenities you would expect with rustic chic finishes and feel to embrace the western spirit of the Teton Valley. The photos were exactly as described, and the reality was even better. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a luxurious feel throughout. The open kitchen was perfect for gathering, and we loved the thoughtful amenities that made it feel like home.The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms had excellent soundproofing—everyone slept wonderfully. We also appreciated how well-equipped and organized everything was, from cookware to linens. While it’s about a 35-minute drive to downtown Jackson, the peaceful location in Victor more than made up for it, and it gave us the perfect base after exploring the Geand Tetons and Yellowstone national parks. The decor was lovely, though a bit cluttered on surfaces. We moved stuff so our belongings had a home. The balcony off the second floor was lovely - especially for live music on Thursdays. We enjoyed the show from the balcony. The location was perfect. In the primary bathroom, we struggled without hooks or a place for our toiletries. I had to unfold my bag and walk in and out if the bathroom. With only one towel bar and no hooks, drying towels was tough. We also could not adjust the temperature which made sleep tough. We appreciated the washer and dryer, well stocked kitchen, and comfy furnishings. It was a great stop for us! ##### Julie G. Large drip coffee pot with reusable basket (no filters needed) and complimentary coffee was a nice touch. Nearby Butter restaurant was walkable and amazing. No A/C but luckily the beds are downstairs and the temp drops quickly in those two summer months when it may get warm. On site parking was easy for one car. Glad I saw the review about limited counter space in the bathroom and using a basket as a hack. ##### Kara C.
