Kick your feet up and relax in this spacious, stylish 1930's apartment. It includes zoned  
air and heat, hardwood floors, and lots of natural light. It is close to everything and in a great neighborhood for a refreshing walk.  
This adorable apartment has a full living room and separate dining room. It features two bedrooms, one bath, kitchen, and hallway. This is one of three apartments in the Markham triplex.

Guests have access to the front yard, front porch, and private apartment. Parking is on street.

Feel free to make use of washer and dryer that are located on the back porch.
