An ancient villa carefully restored and furnished in style, situated a few kilometres from Florence, in a panoramic position that makes it easy to reach the other main centres of the region such as Siena, Lucca and Pisa. The entrance to the Villa, accessed by a charming flight of steps, overlooks a large park of 5,000 square metres with a beautiful swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. The Villa comfortably accommodates 20 people, it has a cinema room inside. Ceremonies and refreshments can be organised in the villa and park. Villa "Isabella", 200 m a.s.l.. 3 km from the centre of Vicchio, 37 km from the centre of Firenze, in a secluded, sunny position, 19 km from the lake, in the countryside. Private: garden 5'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (16 x 8 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. In the complex: sauna, fitness room, relaxation room, billiard table, playroom, table football, central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 04.Apr.. Parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1 km, bathing lake "Bilancino" 19 km. Riding stable 6 km.
