The accommodation features two spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (140x200 cm) and a closet offering convenient storage space. The generous living area includes a sofa bed, perfect for easily accommodating additional guests. Outside, you’ll enjoy a fully fenced garden, providing both security and privacy. The large shaded south-facing terrace is perfect for outdoor meals or relaxing family moments. On the north side, a smaller, pleasant area offers a cool retreat, ideal for peaceful summer naps. For added convenience, the house offers parking for two vehicles directly on the property, a real advantage for your travels. A perfect setting for a relaxing and friendly vacation, just a few steps from the amenities of Vias Village and close to the beaches. \## Neighborhood Stays in July and August: Bookings are only possible from Sunday to Sunday. Pas un moment de tranquillité meme pour boire le cafe du matin. Pas de clim dans aucunes chambres, non preciser dans l annonce dommage quand tu loue dans le sud et que tu ne peux pas ouvrir les fenêtres a cause du bruit.La literie médiocre aucun de nous 4 adultes avons bien dormis. Fourmie au réveil dans la cuisine. Une chasse d eau de toilette qui fonctionne quand elle en a envie... tres désagréable mais avec un seau d eau ou deux sa le fait. Un jardin pas entretenu du tout et pour le parasol de la terrasse je pense qu il faut investir.La restitution du logement c est fait a heure dite car j ai du l'exiger aupres de la conciergerie car encore en retard.Apres avoir echanger avec la conciergerie de tous nos soucis rencontrés lors de notre sejour. Im Ortskern gibt es sehr nette Restaurants und Kneippchen, bei denen man wunderbar mit den Einheimischen sitzen kann. Sehr schöner lebendiger Markt im Ort. Leider empfanden wir die Lage lauter, als beschrieben. Es gab sehr viel Durchgangsverkehr. Zur Zeit wird in der Querstrasse gebaut, vielleicht ist das ein Grund, das sehr viele PKW durchfahren( nicht mitgerechnet haben wir die LKW, die von und zur Baustelle fahren müssen). Das Haus selber ist schön geräumig, aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen, es gibt kein WLan, TV ist vorhanden, aber nur französische Sender möglich. Die Beschreibung und die Bilder zeigen nichts anders.
