This vacation rental offers a private, fenced natural garden of 10 sq. m. and amenities such as air conditioning, heating (available from November 1st to April 7th), internet WiFi, and a tennis court. The property is conveniently located 500 meters from the center of Torre del Lago and sits in a quiet, sunny residential area.

Additionally, there is a kitchen/living room equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove with four burners, toaster, kettle, microwave, and a freezer. This area also has an exit to the garden. Completing the ground floor is a shower room with a toilet and bidet. The property features gas heating and air conditioning for your comfort.

Moving to the upper floor, you will discover three bedrooms. The first room has one single bed and one double bed, both with air conditioning. The second room is furnished with a French bed, and the third room contains two single beds. Another shower room with a toilet and bidet is conveniently located on this level. While heating is available only from November 1st to April 7th, the property offers additional amenities such as a small patio, a small garden, terrace furniture, a sitting area, and a box-room.
