Pineta di Ponente Apartment

Cozy apartment of approximately 55 m2, able to accommodate up to 5 people, located on the second floor of a building WITHOUT a lift (stairs to access it).

The property is located in a quiet area in the heart of the center of Viareggio, a few minutes walk from the seafront, the Pineta di Ponente, the market and other attractions of the centre.

The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, a living room with kitchenette and bathroom.



The interior space is composed as follows:

- BEDROOM 1 (in the attic) with double bed, single bed, wardrobe and split A/C;

- BEDROOM 2 with double bed, wardrobe, split A/C and access to the balcony;

- LIVING ROOM with sofa and table with chairs;

- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher, oven, wine glasses (6);

- BATHROOM complete with shower sink, bidet and toilet;

- BALCONY (accessible only from bedroom 2) with retractable curtain, table and chairs;



FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: WIFI soap, independent boiler heating, air conditioning via split (ONLY in the two bedrooms), washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, hot water, drying rack.



ATTENTION. There is a spiral staircase in the apartment (be more careful if you are traveling with small children).



To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Viareggio (€ 1.50 per person per night of stay for a maximum of 10 nights; people under 18 are exempt from paying the tourist tax).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Viareggio Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.



Please note that check-ins after the indicated time must be agreed directly with the structure and will take place in self check-in mode via a keybox on site (with a combination that will be provided after booking).

The apartment is located in a central position, a short distance from the market, the Pineta di Ponente and the seafront with its beaches, as well as all the main services.



Viareggio is one of the most fascinating seaside resorts in Italy, which reveals itself among splendid historic buildings, refined cafés and the carnival tradition that lights up its streets with colors and joy, making this city a symbol of art, culture and passion. Among the points of interest in the city, it is worth mentioning the Lungomare or Passeggiata Margherita with its succession of Art Nouveau style buildings, Villa Argentina and Villa Paolina, the Church of San Paolino and the Church of Sant'Andrea, the Citadel and the Carnival Museum and the Torre Matilde, the oldest building in the city, dating back to the 16th century.

- From Viareggio Station, you can reach the apartment by taking bus no. 21 to the Via Aurelia Nord Esselunga stop, just a 6-minute walk from the property.



- If you travel by car, there are several paid parking lots around the property and in the center of Viareggio (NOT guaranteed).
