The appartamento Palestrina is a spacious and bright 4-room apartment measuring 75 square meters. It is located on the first floor and has been fully renovated with very comfortable and tasteful furnishings. The living/dining room features a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, with an exit leading to a balcony. One of the bedrooms is a double bedroom, also with an exit to the balcony. Another room has 1 set of bunk beds suitable for 2 persons. There is a small office space without a wardrobe, but it includes a sofa bed measuring 80 cm wide and 200 cm in length. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove with 4 rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. It also has a dining table. The apartment has one shower room with a bidet and toilet.
