All bedrooms are equipped with this central pellet heating system, with the exception of 1 bedroom, which features air conditioning capable of both cooling and heating. Fully renovated in 2022 and appointed with tasteful, cosy furnishings, the property offers a thoughtfully designed interior that makes excellent use of its space across both floors.
On the main level, the welcoming living room serves as the heart of the home, featuring satellite TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, with direct access to the terrace. The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects to a dining area, also with exit to the terrace. This level accommodates 3 bedrooms: the first features 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, complete with its own air conditioning and forced-air heating; the second bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm by 200 cm; and the third bedroom offers 2 single beds measuring 90 cm by 190 cm, with access to both the garden and the terrace. A full bath with WC is also located on this floor.
The upper floor, accessible via a ladder, houses a dedicated children's room with sloping ceilings ranging in height from 100 to 175 cm, furnished with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 90 cm by 190 cm. A shower with WC serves this floor. Please note that when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, not all bedrooms will be available for use.
Externally, the property features a large roofed terrace of 31 m2 and a smaller partly roofed terrace of 9 m2, both offering views of the sea and the garden.
