Chalet "Nelly" is a very comfortable two-story vacation rental that offers a private natural garden, terrace with garden furniture, and a barbecue area. The property provides internet WiFi, parking, and a tennis court within close proximity. It is situated on the outskirts of the Veysonnaz Station, in a quiet and sunny position on a slope with a northwest-facing view.  
  
Outdoors  
The chalet boasts a private natural garden, terrace equipped with garden furniture, and a barbecue area, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors. While access by motor vehicle is steep and requires snow chains in winter, a 50-meter footpath leads directly to the house.  
  
Other Information  
The property is located 550 meters from the center of Veysonnaz Station. Nearby amenities include a grocery store (400 meters), restaurant (350 meters), bakery (500 meters), bus stop "Arrêt La Terrasse Veysonnaz" (300 meters), and an indoor swimming pool (450 meters). The owner does not accept youth groups, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere. Please note that the sentence "just an example" is not applicable in this context.  
  
Distances and Attractions  
Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to a golf course, situated 14 kilometers away. Tennis courts are available within 700 meters of the chalet. The gondola lift for skiing is conveniently located 1.2 kilometers away, while the ski bus stop is just 80 meters from the property. Unit Layout  
The property is a 4-room chalet spanning 90 square meters across two levels. It is partially renovated with comfortable and tasteful furnishings. The entrance hall leads to two rooms, each featuring a French bed, with exits to the balcony. Another room has one set of bunk beds with two twin beds and also has an exit to the balcony. There is one bathroom with a bath and toilet on this level. On the lower ground floor, you will find a living and dining area with a Scandinavian wood stove, cable TV, and a DVD player. This area opens up to the garden and terrace.  
  
Amenities Included  
The chalet is equipped with an open kitchen that includes an oven, dishwasher, three induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Nespresso capsules (extra cost), a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese. Additional amenities consist of a separate toilet, electric heating, natural stone floors, terrace furniture, a barbecue, a washing machine, a dryer, and complimentary logs for the wood stove. Wi-Fi internet access is also provided free of charge. One reserved parking spot is available within 50 meters of the property. Please note that this is a non-smoking accommodation.  
  
Other Information  
You will enjoy a marvelous view of the mountains and the valley from this vacation chalet. The property is called "Nelly" and can accommodate a maximum capacity of six guests, with three bedrooms and one bathroom. Just an example, but you can imagine spending your vacation days relaxing on the terrace, grilling on the barbecue, or cozying up by the wood stove in the living area. The chalet is perfect for a family or group getaway in a picturesque setting.
