L’isolation phonique des chambres n’est pas suffisante, on entend clairement les bruits extérieurs et intérieurs. Après signalement, une autre chambre nous a été proposée. Dans cette seconde chambre, il n’y avait pas de serviettes à l’arrivée. Les rideaux étaient endommagés dans les deux chambres (photos prises dès l’arrivée). De plus, le lit et les oreillers ne sont pas confortables, ce qui nuit clairement à la qualité du repos. Ces éléments cumulés ne correspondent pas aux standards attendus d’un hôtel 4 étoiles, même pour une chambre Comfort. Le seul vrai point positif reste la bienveillance et le professionnalisme du personnel, qui a fait de son mieux pour gérer la situation. Je remercie toutefois l’équipe pour son accueil, son écoute et son professionnalisme tout au long du séjour.
