Unit Layout  
You will find a spacious 5-room apartment spanning 110 square meters across two levels on the 6th floor. The comfortable and tastefully furnished living/sleeping area features a double sofa bed and a dining table, with an exit leading to the balcony. The first bedroom is equipped with a French bed (140 cm, length 200 cm) and provides access to the balcony. The second bedroom accommodates 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm) and also offers an exit to the balcony. The third bedroom comes with a double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm) and a balcony exit. The fourth room has sloping ceilings and is furnished with 2 beds. Additionally, there is a gallery area with a TV.  
  
Amenities Included  
The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, and a fondue set (cheese). The bathroom facilities include a bath/WC, 2 showers/WC, and a hydro massage bath. The floors are finished with parquet flooring throughout. You can enjoy the panoramic view from the 50 square meter balcony.

The vacation rental is facilitated with free WiFi internet access. Please note that this property is strictly for non-smokers only, and a maximum of one pet/dog is allowed.
