This freshly renovated house boasts exceptional character thanks to its prime location in the heart of historic Versailles, yet remains tranquil. Just 30 meters from the market square, all amenities are within easy reach: market, shops, restaurants, train stations, cinemas, and, of course, the immediate proximity to the Château de Versailles and its magnificent park.  
The house is spread over four levels, with the following layout:  
  
Ground floor: The kitchen, utility room, and dining room are located here, and from the dining area, you can access the living room. The terrace (50m²) is on the same level and is equipped with a plancha and an outdoor dining area. You’ll also find a guest WC and a washbasin.  
First floor: This level features the master suite (180x200 bed) with its dressing room and en-suite bathroom (with bathtub and double sinks), separate WC, and a child’s bedroom with a single bed.  
Second floor: There is a living room with a sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed on the large landing, along with a bathroom (bathtub) and two double bedrooms (one of which can be split into two single beds).  
Basement: Accessible via the living room, this floor includes a heated indoor pool (4x2m), a gym, and a private cinema.
