"My room was not serviced the 2nd day when I returned to my room after a busy day. I reported it and said it was too late when asked if they could send someone to the room which I declined. The room service attendant showed up at 10pm to clean which, seriously is too late. Additionally, my room faced the back of the property and very unsightly view of a shabby roof."
"The rooms are not clean and carpet is very dirty. Seems like 30 years old. Also, they charged more than Expedia price and the receipt they gave me took it back when I asked why the price is higher than Expedia confirmed price. So in overall the experience was not good."
"The room was ok although the access to the balcony was made difficult by the random position of the bed, the breakfast was ok but quite limited and the tea and coffee facilities were frequently not working fully, there was no ac in the room, only having local tv with no access to anything in any other language was frustrating "
