The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean. We enjoyed everything about our stay and couldn't ask for a better stop on our trip. The only minor issue was that getting into the hotel was a bit tricky due to the many one-way roads, but it wasn't a major problem. Richard Jan 25, 2023 Disliked: Staff & service I entered the Europa around 17:00 The woman behind the counter said no dogs and I told her my dog is certified as a service dog At that point the manager appeared and would not make any consideration He then proceeded to berate the woman with an angry tone I told him I would report this to Expedia and he said something negative about Expedia Not a place I would ever go again ##### E. This is basically what we would expect for a 3 star hotel. The room and particularly the shower, were a bit on the small side – even for European standards. The breakfast was average, but our waitress was very attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, not the same could be said of the front desk. One gentleman, though quite efficient, was not very affable. If you have a car, the parking is very convenient and necessary. Struttura ben mantenuta ed in ordine, nonostante non sia nuovissima. Pulizia impeccabile e buona colazione. camere un pò piccole, ma dotate di tutti i confort. Unico appunto negativo sul direttore ( o proprietario ), leggermente scontroso e poco incline al sorriso. Arrivati di prima mattina, non consegnandoci la camera che sarebbe stata pronta alle 13, ci ha fatto pagare immediatamente le tasse di soggiorno. Ho pagato i soliti extra al check out ed avrei gradito fare un unico pagamento considerato che il soggiorno era saldato. Piccolezze che farebbero la differenza. Auch vom Bahnhof nur einen kleinen Lauf entfernt. Frühstück typisch italienisch. Uns hat etwas das Rührei und andere warme Sachen gefehlt, aber was da war, war lecker.
