This property was quite comfortable and was in an excellent location. The two bedrooms and two full bathrooms were great for two couples. The kitchen/living area was well-equipped and worked for us. We would suggest that it would be useful to have operating instructions for the stove and washing machine in English, as well as the Italian guides provided. We would also suggest cleaning the heater filter before guests arrive. Licia was helpful with restaurant suggestions and pointers about the apartment. We went to several of the eateries she recommended and found the food to be wonderful. This roomy, comfortable apartment is close to everything the tourist wants and needs. It is a short walk from the cathedral, the river and the central piazza…though a long walk from the station. We particularly liked the interesting way the apartment had been converted from a much older building. Licia welcomed us warmly, and provided plenty of useful information about the local area. We’d happily stay there again. Be prepared, however, for the hot water to take a long time to run warm…though it does eventually! ##### Mal B. The apartment is very quiet and comfortable. A taxi from the railway station takes appx 10-15 minutes depending on traffic and far easier than walking. Although eating out is generally the preferred approach, the kitchen utensils such as sharp vegetable knives need an upgrade, and a toaster is a must.
