The backyard was a good size with a lovely swimming pool, although we did not have an opportunity to use it. Location was good and near lots of stores and restaurants and the beach was easy to get. We stayed in this lovely house for four weeks total, and from the beginning it really felt like home. During the first two weeks we took advantage of the swimming pool every day, having traveled from relatively cold Poland. The place is divided into a master bedroom, a middle room with two beds, and a sort of mother-in-law suite. The sunroom also has a fold out bed, but we didn’t need it. Responsive to any requests/questions.During the month I was here a friend stayed for a few days in town for a wedding and my brother and his wife came for 5 days. All were impressed with the accommodations and the location relative to the beach, shopping and entertainment. Clean, quiet location a much better value than a hotel or condo. Only issue we had was with the pool. Would have liked to swim in it but didn't have time to clean it first. I read somewhere that the pool was cleaned every Friday but that didn't happen when we were there as an umbrella had blown into the pool before we arrived and was still there when we left. It was too cold to use the pool while we were there and I'd originally thought that would be fine because we'd use the hot tub more. So we were pretty disappointed when we arrived and the hot tub wasn't there. The owner said that it had been destroyed in the hurricane and had to be removed.
