The house of 65 m² + garage is a comfortable space for 4 people A large living-dining room with integrated kitchen, 2 bedrooms, shower room and separate WC, air conditioning.
In front of the house a parking space and in the living room a large bay window opens onto a wooden terrace of 24 m² with a view of the Canigou extended by a small garden.
