The resort boasts a serene location, just 500 meters from the center of Verchen and 13 kilometers from the center of Demmin, Germany.

Immerse yourself in the natural beauty surrounding the resort. Take a leisurely stroll to the nearby lake, just 100 meters away, where you can enjoy a refreshing sandy beach at "Kummerower See." The property features a lush meadow, perfect for picnics or outdoor activities. Children can indulge in playtime at the on-site playground equipped with swings and a sandbox, while adults can relax and unwind at the petting farm.

The resort offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. There is also an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower and a separate toilet on this level. The upper floor consists of two double bedrooms with sloping ceilings, and another room with sloping ceilings that contains one sofa bed and one double bed. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet on this level.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property is well-equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. It has electric heating and underfloor heating systems. Outdoor amenities include a 12 square meter terrace with terrace furniture, a barbecue area, two deck chairs, and a box-room. Additionally, there is a washing machine, a children's high chair, and a baby cot provided for your convenience. The house also features a smoke alarm for safety purposes. Pets are allowed on the premises.
