Vercana, 4 km from the centre of Domaso, 54 km from the centre of Lecco, in a sunny, elevated position on a slope, in the residential district, 3.5 km from the lake, 3.5 km from the beach. For shared use: garden, meadow. Boccia. Heating available only from 15.Oct. - 15.Apr.. Public parking 50 m. Grocery 550 m, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 700 m, bar, bus stop "C10 (Linea Como-Menaggio-Colico)" 3 km, railway station "Colico" 17 km, ferry "Menaggio" 23 km, grass beach "Domaso" 4 km. Sports harbour 4 km, marina 4 km, golf course (18 hole) 26 km, surf school 4 km, sailing school 4 km, walking paths from the house 500 m, children's playground 650 m. Nearby attractions: Palazzo Gallio-Gravedona, Museo della Barca Lariana-Pianello, Villa Carlotta-Tremezzo, Villa Balbianello-Lenno, Bellagio, Varenna. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Madesimo, Bormio-Livigno. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mezzola. Hiking paths: Monti di Vercana, Sasso Pelo, Livo-Crotto Dangri.
