This property is managed by Larihome in the name and on behalf of the owner, Euwe Egon, by virtue of a mandate with representation.  
  
Live your holiday admiring a breathtaking view with each awakening.   
  
Villa Aquarius is an elegant apartment located on the second floor with a large terrace that allows you to have an exceptional view over the entire northern part of Lake Como. In addition to the particularity and uniqueness of its finishes, it offers you all the comforts you need!  
  
The kitchen is fully equipped: induction plate, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink, toaster, electric kettle, espresso machine, coffee maker, pots, pans and cooking utensils. You will of course find dishes, glasses and cutlery for all 5 guests.  
  
The living room, which shares a Lombard terracotta flooring with the kitchen and overlooks the balcony, has two sofas and a smart TV.  
  
On the terrace you will find a large dining table, two deck chairs and a barbeque.  
  
The master bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and a desk with TV.  
  
The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe. Above this room there is a mezzanine with an additional bed for a child.  
  
The main bathroom has a floor level shower with glass shower cabin, double sink, toilet and bidet.

A washing machine is available and in both bathrooms you will find a hairdryer.  
  
Free Wi-Fi is available.  
  
Upon your arrival you will find all the necessary linen for the beds and towels for the bathroom.

A few meters from the house there is a private parking spot reserved for you.  
  
The apartment is located in a very quiet place and the road to reach it is never busy: you can relax without any disturb.
