With its sunny, elevated position on a slope in the residential district of Vercana, Italy, this holiday rental offers a serene escape just 3.5 km from the lake and beach. Enjoy the convenience of a shared garden and meadow, as well as Internet WiFi and the option of an installment plan for your stay.

Heating is available from October 15th to April 15th, ensuring a comfortable stay during the cooler months. Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a spacious and bright 3-room apartment with an area of 100 square meters, located on the upper floor. The apartment features sloping ceilings and has been partly renovated in 2023, ensuring a comfortable and beautiful ambiance. The open and large living/dining room comes equipped with a double sofabed, a Scandinavian wood stove (for decorative purposes only), a dining table, and a TV with a flat screen. A balcony can be accessed directly from this area. Additionally, the apartment has 2 double bedrooms.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is well-equipped with amenities to enhance your vacation experience. The open kitchen is furnished with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath, bidet, and WC, and the other with a shower and WC. Underfloor heating is available, and heating can be accessed from October 15 to April 15. The floors are made of wood, adding warmth and charm to the interior. Furthermore, the apartment features a large balcony and a small balcony, both equipped with balcony furniture and deck chairs (2 in total).

The apartment boasts a marvellous panoramic view of the lake, mountains, and the resort, providing a breathtaking backdrop for your vacation.
