Nous avons passés un excellent séjour au dreams playa bonita, le cadre magnifique avec vue sur l'ile de Taboga et le flux des paquebots a l'entrée du canal, le personnel souriant et agréable, une marche dans la jungle avec guide qui etait super, le seul bémol serait sur les repas, ( hormis le restaurant francais). Un excellent point de chute au calme et proche de Panama city

C’est un bel hôtel mais j’ai fait la réservation depuis décembre et le 1 mars je suis arrivée et les réceptionnistes ( Alma et Jair) ont pris presque 2 heures à la réception pour nous dire qu’il y avait un problème et nous devions rester 2 jours dans l’hôtel voisin (westin) et m’ont donné une lettre à signer où je prenais la responsabilité du changement de l’hôtel et exemptais à Dreams de toute responsabilité, lequel j’ai refusé et manifesté mon mécontentement. C’était un comportement abusif et ilegal.

Nous regrettons le désagrément occasionné, nous nous en excusons, mais nous avons eu un problème de climatisation qui nous a pris 18 heures pour réparer. Nous avons donc décidé de les indemniser avec l’hôtel voisin pour réparer les dégâts.

Hôtel bénéficiant d'un joli cadre naturel
Si le cadre est agréable, le personnel généralement affable, la nourriture est horrible . En outre, l'hôtel etant un lieu de conférences et de célébration de mariages, le grand restaurant en libre service, habituellement ouvert aux résidents de l'hôtel, est privatisé pour ces événements, obligeant les clients de l'hôtel à se rabattre sur les 2 autres restaurants, d'où une très longue attente pour s'alimenter. J'ai subi ces inconvénients durant la moitié de mon sejour de 10 jours avec 2 enfants de 2 et 4 ans. Par ailleurs, malgré la gentillesse du personnel du club enfants, très peu d'activités leur sont proposées.

Tranquille
Hôtel de confort, belle chambre toutes vue mer! Beau jardin , service de qualité. Mais rien autour et animation inexistante. Navette gratuite pour centre commercial ( bien s’il pleut) et juste l’aller pour vieille ville à 18h ( jolie mais sans plus) retour 40 dollars. Plage avec marrée !! Pensez à l’anti-moustiques , petits mais très coriaces .

Une belle vacance!
Belle plage, agréable pour la marche et pour profiter du soleil. Piscines très bien avec de beaux points de vue. Chambres propres, fonctionnelles et jolies. Personnel accueillant et serviable. Localisation idéale pour visiter le Canal, Casco Viejo et la ville tout en étant à la plage...un très beau séjour!

Vastes piscines et vue extérieure superbe sur le pacific et les bateaux au loin qui attendent pour passer le canal du Panama. Plage n'est pas comparable à celles de l'autre cote de l'océan mais quand même propre. Tres bon buffet dejeuner, toujours le même genre de dîner, repas plus variés au souper. Resort plutôt tranquille avec quelques activités mais rien de très bruyant, clientèle adultes surtout. A 25$ US en taxi de panama city et 45$ US de l'aéroport Tocumen

hotel accueillant, face à la plage, mais vu la pollution dûe au trafic des bateaux en attente pour le passage du canal, peu engageant de s'y baigner. Personnel dévoué et souriant, en particulier Reina (pour la chambre), Melville Battista pour ses différents services rendus, et tout le personnel des bars et restaurants.

We had 3 rooms for 2 nights in May 2024. Upon arriving we were impressed. After check-in it went downhill. Rooms need improvement. And the pool area, while beautifully landscaped, is in poor condition. The large pool (not the private pool for xtra $) is long over due for new plaster. It has pot holes worse than NYC and the attempts to patch the holes (without success) is obvious. Also, the resort is in a rainforest so expect insects. The resort does provide insect-repellent towelettes in the bathrooms (and they spray the grounds) to keep them at bay. However, adding nets to the cabanas would be helpful (remnants of hooks are on the cabana frames so why not use them?). Also, a swarm of bees hangs out at the pool bar. Thoughts & prayers for the bartenders who battle the hive. If we learned anything during the pandemic, it’s the beauty of plexiglass. Why not enclose the pool bar to keep the bees out? Lastly, speaking of insects, we ran into a guest who was moved from the room that one of our group checked into the next day (Room 212). She said it was infested with some sort of winged insect (she had pics) and asked for a room changed. When our group checked into 212, the winged bugs were gone but replaced w/ bed bugs (possibly). He left w/ dozens upon dozens of bites. He’s from Panama so it was not ant or mosquito bites. With all this said, we enjoyed the food & drink. Staff works hard but tough to make up for the structural issues. Hyatt Org needs to give this place some TLC.

The property was not updated. The rims were old. Water leaks from the balcony. The balcony furniture was the old 1970”s Wrought Iron set! Hard and very uncomfortable! Carla in the walls in the room. Would not stay at this place again. The restaurants closed super early for it to be an all inclusive resort!

We had a wonderful experience here. The staff was very attentive and accommodating to myself and my wife. Adalberto, Cindy, Giovanna, Marcos, Ruben, Nick. Carlos and the list go on and on. This staff members treated us like family. I know a missed quite a few names from the Queen as we called her at the front desk, Veronica the concierge to Emmanuel our driver. Everyone made our first stay in Panama amazing. We cannot leave out the bar tender in the hotel Lobby. He presented us with gifts, professionalisms and a great time. We cannot express our heartfelt appreciation enough. So, we thank you for a wonderful experience at Dreams Playa Bonita Panama. If your time was not filled with joy, it's your fault. The food variety at this location is severely lacking. The buffet did not have many options and the food in the Italian restaurant was nasty. There was not alot of things to do entertainment wise. But the servers were amazing and were always very attentive. Especially Georgina making the best omelets and Joseph in the morning breakfast.

Everything was bad, since my arrival it took me 2 hours to do my checkin, the guy of the towels never appeared. The food is very poor and bad. It says you have room service 24 hours, but there is no way to contact the restaurant as the phone doesn’t work. There was no light at the elevator, so it was completely dark when you have to use it. Terrible experience

I have stayed at several all inclusives throughout the Carribean- this was by far the best. Staff was very helpful and friendly to any request at any time, rooms were big and clean and quiet. The A/C unit is relatively loud, but thats normal. It was a nice unit with options for A/C, fan only and dehumidify. We ended up putting it on dehumidify when we were gone for the day, and just turned it off at night. The food is spectacular here, really good. The four restaurants all had excellent four course options. The breakfast buffet was standard breakfast options. Pools are nice, the beach is not the best, but we didnt spend much time there. Perfect for a three day weekend.

We had a perfect stay! After reading the reviews we were hesitant but having experienced it ourselves, I feel as is we were at a different place than others. The only thing, I agree with is that the infinity pool could use some repair/maintenance and that you have to plan your time swimming in the ocean. *I recommend watershoes for the ocean. That being said, the grounds, staff, food, drinks, tour (half day Panama Canal/City) with Panamazing from the resort were great! We just loved the Bordeaux restaurant! Try a Panama water (alcoholic drink) at the bar and mimosas at breakfast!

Worst food I've ever had at a resort and I definitely got sick and heard of others there that also got sick from the food. I ended up paying for Ubers to leave the resort to get food because I genuinely felt there could be multiple health code violations. Super not worth paying for an all inclusive if you can't eat the food. Food from the previous dinner day was served as the buffet lunch, found hair in my food multiple times, I ordered tea to my room and poured water from the kettle to the cup and GUNK started coming out and I looked on the inside and it was straight caked to the sides. It took over an hour and a half for the tea to even make it to my room after stating it'd be there in 15-20 and knocked aggressively right as I laid down to sleep. I got up to get the tea because I felt bad for it to go to waste - then that happened and I just went to bed.

Overall I say it’s an average 3-4 star all inclusive experience. If your used to 5 star this probably is not for you.

Muchas restricciones ridiculas, la oferta gastronomica pobre y baja calidad, el bar cierra a las 11( ridiculo para 1 todo incluido), no hacen las habitaciones diariamente, no tienen area para fumadores y amenazan con 200 dólares de multa, en la noche pobres las actividades de recreacion, en el dia en el paseo a cayak, faltaban chalecos,no suficientes remos ni cayaks, en resumen no tienen experiencia en turismo y gastronomia.

The dated property is evident right from the lobby. The main pool is missing so many sections from the floor it’s surprising they allow it to remain open. 2 restaurants and a buffet but the buffet pretty much serves everything you find at the 2 restaurants. The room is very standard, our fridge didn’t work and the curtains left a gap for sunlight to creep in. We got bit by bugs in and around the room so after one night we decided to leave early.
