« Booked this lovely cottage for a ten day stay in Ventura and could not have been happier. Super attentive owner on site and EVERYTHING about this property is outstanding. They're not kidding when they say minutes from the beach. Fruit trees visible from windows in living room. Clean accommodations. Easy access to the 101 and walking distance to several businesses. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Full stop. »

« We stayed at the beach house for 4 nights while we visited Channel Island National Park. It’s convenient to the pier and other shopping locations. We enjoyed staying in the house to relax after a long day of outting. »

« This cottage is located on a beautiful wide beach. You have private access through the patio gate. You can walk for miles on the sandy beach. »

« Overall, we liked the property very much. The beach house was very cute and had comfortable beds, a good supply of dishes, pots and pans and linens. The outdoor patio area and furniture were very dirty making it uninviting. We brought our own lounge chairs, and were happy we did. Parking was difficult. Our main concern was the very loud traffic - day and night. Lots of very loud motorcycles. »
