It's in a quiet neighborhood (the large apartment referenced in another review? No idea - there are small apartments all around, mixed in with the homes, but they are cute and clean and quiet) just a few blocks from everything in Ventura, including the beach. It's very well-stocked and extremely clean, completely privately fenced with cute outdoor seating and lighting, and really nice landscaping. Parked right outside our gate, and the host responded to texts immediately. The heat worked very well, beds were super comfy, and Ventura itself is a great place to spend a weekend. My husband and our two best friends stayed there for my birthday. It had everything we needed. The house was immaculate. So cute. We loved the fire pit in the back. It was walking distance from downtown that is filled with all kinds of bars shops and restaurants. It’s a 5 minute drive to the pier. They left us a cute gift basket. Over all we couldn’t have found a more perfect place.
