We were pleasantly surprised by the actual size of the property. We were anticipating something much smaller based on the owner's description(the honesty of the size upfront was much appreciated and set realistic expectations). There was plenty of room for our family of four. We were able to put away our clothing and suitcases. Our two teenagers(13/15) were comfortable on the sofa bed. My husband and I also slept very well on the mattress in the bedroom. There was a fold-up table in the living room that we used to play games in the evening. Didn't use the kitchen much, but it did have everything we would have needed if we cooked. We did use the Keurig in the morning to make coffee. The property came with a clearly assigned parking space. We could walk to the beach in a minute and to several restaurants. Main Street in Ventura was less than a 5 minute drive.
