Guests may not use the wine storage wall located in the dining room, this is used as a decorative feature only. Guests must use stairs to access the property. There are stairs up to the front deck where you'll access the front door. House Rules: 1\. Communication is key! Check in after 4pm. Check out by 11am. Our office hours are between 8am-9pm, so please communicate between those hours and let us know if you plan to arrive after 9pm. 2\. Honesty is the best policy! Let us know about ALL guests who will be coming to the house. Maximum Occupancy is 6\. Pets are NOT allowed. 3\. No parties! We request that you respect our home as if it's your own. No smoking of any kind. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking, smoking, etc. will result in a minimum $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. 4\. Be respectful! When using outdoor areas (patio, bbq, etc.), and provided amenities, please clean up after yourself so the next guests can enjoy them as well. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it. If you move furniture around, put it back before you leave. 5\. Have fun! Our goal is to host a vacation to remember. Other Things to Note: Guests will need to walk up stairs to get to the front door, located on the front deck. The spa will be on at all times, please keep the lid on and the chlorine floater in when not in use. The wine storage wall is not available to guests, and is for decorative purposes only. Interaction with Guests: We have a 100% response rate! We are available from 8am-9pm by messaging through the app or calling/texting the phone number provided in your check-in instructions.
