The space is laid out very well, with everything you need (and then some) in a relatively small space. Comfortable bed and great shower with both overhead and handheld features. Washer/dryer inside a spacious closet. Huge TV and a large computer monitor you can hook up to that would allow you to work from there easily. Off street parking.
