Designed with gatherings in mind, the home features five beautifully appointed bedrooms and three bathrooms, comfortably sleeping ten guests. Wake up in the stunning third-floor primary suite, where a private balcony offers breathtaking ocean views—an idyllic spot for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. The spa-like en-suite bathroom boasts a double vanity and a shower with a view of the beach. Additional bedrooms provide cozy retreats, outfitted with plush bedding and ample closet space. The heart of the home is the open-concept great room, where a sprawling sectional sofa and a 55” HDTV invite you to sink in and relax after a day in the surf. THINGS TO KNOW: For stays of 30 nights or more, please read below: \-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial booking request \-When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater \-When booking for 30+ nights, an additional 850.00 Per Month Utility will be applicable and outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking \-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking \-When booking for 30+ nights, and if your stay includes 1 or more pets, a non-refundable pet fee of $155 per pet per month will be required to be paid on top of your initial booking value. \--If your grand total is over $10k, additional security deposit will be required to be paid after booking to equal 10% of your grand total. \-For adventure seekers, whale-watching excursions and trips to the Channel Islands National Park are just minutes away. \-Walking distance to several local restaurants on Seaward Avenue. \-Located on one of the nicest lanes in the Pierpont area, with one of the widest stretches of sand in the Pierpont area, close to the volleyball courts at the State Beach, immediate access to the coastal bike/running path and close to retail amenities on South Seaward. \-Please note the pet fee in your booking is 'per pet'.
