Our stay was exceptional. The house was beautiful, with all amenities you could ask for, including a beautiful patio with fire pit, another patio with a hot tub. Beautiful spectacular views with the whole front glass sliders fan folding out to the views. The house came fully equipped, beds and linens very luxurious. Because we were on a hill, the many steps to the house could be a deterrent for some, but well worth the views in the daytime and sunsets at night. This place exceeded our expectations! The website says It sleeps 6 and it does however there's only seating for 5 in the living room. There is rust in the kitchen sink The Hood Lite does not work there are no scrub brushes in the kitchen. Could not lock the exterior door to the master bedroom. The instructions that were left On the counter said there were heaters in the closets. there were none. there was no hair dryer. I have rented from VRBO approximately 20 to 30 over the years since the 90s. sometimes two or three times a year. This is the first time I have seen Vacasa as a manager. It is for all practical purposes a computer program. They are not responsive and they don't seem to care. Contacting them Before the trip is a lot like trying to contact the gas company It's almost impossible, from now on when I am booking a rental and I see their name I won't look any further I'll just go on to the next one. when we finally got someone on the phone they were in some other state I think. they had no idea where we were until we explained it.
