The open plan lounge/dining area has a tv and dvd, gas heating and split system. The kitchen is fully self contained with gas cooking and microwave. There are two bedrooms - the main with water views and the sizable second bedroom with three single beds, perfect for the children. A wonderful location for a great family holiday. \*Please note that linen is not included when booking this property\* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation. You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Though you will need bedlinen and towels. The welcome gift was also a really nice touch. The outlook over the water is beautiful. And it is well situated for all the places to visit.
