Indulge in the shared outdoor space, featuring a large, well-kept garden spanning 2'000 m2, complete with a lawn and plants. Take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool (16 x 8 m, depth 110 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jul. - 31.Aug. pool opening hours: 09:00-13:30 and 15:30-20:30). An outdoor shower and terrace are also available for your convenience.

The property offers a 200 m long narrow motor access to the house, with a stepped path (5 steps) leading to the residence. The access road width is 250 cm. Communal covered parking is available, but it's important to note that parking spaces or garages are suitable only for small to medium-sized cars, with a height dimension of 260 cm. The residence is equipped with electric gates, and there is an obligation to wear bathing caps. Just an example, the railway line is 10 m from the property.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 3-room apartment that measures 70 square meters and spans across 2 levels. The apartment has a modern design and features a small living room with a dining table, TV, radio, and DVD player. From the living room, you can access the terrace. There is also a small kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine. The main level has a bathroom with a bath, bidet, and toilet. Upstairs, there is an open gallery with a ceiling height of 190 cm and a pull-out bed that can accommodate 2 people (80 cm each). Additionally, there is a small interconnecting room with a ceiling height of 190 cm, without a window, and it contains a French bed measuring 160 cm. This room has air conditioning.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is equipped with gas heating, which is available only from October 30th to April 30th. Outside, you'll find a terrace with furniture and deck chairs (2 in total). The apartment offers a partial view of the sea. Among the provided amenities are a washing machine and free WiFi internet access.
