The property and grounds are regularly maintained by a gardener and caretaker. The villa is maintained to an excellent standard with linens and towels provided. Large living room with stunning garden and countryside views. Comfortable seating and a new work station area. A fully equipped kitchen with dining table, dishwasher and a Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine.. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and microwave and a large, second fridge/freezer. There is a beautiful poolside terrace with outdoor dining area and barbecue. There are four well appointed bedrooms, sleeping seven people in total and two bathrooms with showers and WCs. Bedroom 1 : 1 x 180cm bed Bedroom 2 : 1 x 180cm or 2 x 90cm beds Bedroom 3 : 1 x 160cm bed Bedroom4 : 1 x 90cm bed There is a fitted safe in one of the bedrooms to keep your valuables. 2 bathrooms with showers, basins and WCs The living room is air conditioned. The bedrooms and kitchen all have fans. French TV channels and Youtube and Netfix login Parking for up to 10 cars. Direct bus to Aix en Provence. We are always available to speak with guests and help with any questions or requests. In addition, there is a full time gardener and caretaker who maintains the garden and pool. We can provide additional cleaning services on request.
