Apartment with stunning altana (roof terrace) and luxury finishes, 150 metres from St. Mark's Square and 300 metres from Rialto Bridge, in the most exclusive location in Venice. On the third floor, we find a living room with sofa bed and fireplace, kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom with shower. On the fourth floor, we find the corridor from which the underlying living room can be seen and the second master bedroom that leads to the extraordinary altana (2 extra sleeping places on request). Great Location

Great Location right off St. Mark square. Beds were a little hard. We were not told of the 4 per person per night fee for city tax, until we arrived. Also four flights of stairs you have to climb to get to apartment, no lift available.

Location! Location! Location!

The property is in a great location, just a few steps from water taxis, St Mark's Square, and restaurants & shops. The apartment was clean and was great for 4 of us. The rooftop Terraza was a great addition that allowed us to relax in the evening before venturing out. Took us a while to figure out the stove for breakfast and could've benefited from some additional utensils, etc (e.g. wine opener!). However, the property owner was very responsive and supportive of our needs. Assisted us with transportation and suggestions for our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location—just steps from Piazza San Marco and surrounded by shops, cafes, and restaurants. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for our little family, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Being in the heart of Venice made it easy to explore both popular sights and local hidden gems.Just be aware: there’s no elevator, so be prepared for stairs. Despite that, this was a great base for our trip, and we’d happily stay here again.

Everything was fine - TV did not work but everything else was fine. Lots of stairs to reach the apartment so be prepared! Good workout!

An experience

Check in was fine, pictures were great, assistant very helpful. You might need a new keybox as your person that came to clean as we were leaving also had trouble trying to open it. Two keys would be nice. Kitchen, would have been nice to have at least first morning coffee for those that get in late. Instructions for the air conditioner would be nice with stating it is controlled by the upstairs controller. The microwave did not work or there needs to be instructions on things for those that are not accustomed to European devices. We had either bedbugs or mass mosquito's per the pictures below.
