A few steps from the Rialto bridge, in a typical Venetian setting, Ca 'del Ciliegio is a beautiful house built around a private garden. With independent access, it is composed of: entrance, dining room, kitchen, a double and a triple room, living room with two sofa beds, two bathrooms, garden equipped with tables and chairs. It is located on the ground floor, has only one step in the entrance and 4 inside, equipped with handrails. The shower is equipped with grab bars and easy to access. It can be suitable for people with reduced mobility, also because from the vaporetto stop there are no bridges to overcome. The route from the station / airport to the house is without architectural barriers. The house offers an extremely relaxing atmosphere, immersed in silence and surrounded by other gardens. Located in a typical corner of Venice in the Cannaregio area, off the beaten track but 5 minutes from Rialto and the main attractions. The entrance is adjacent to the building where Francesco Guardi, the famous Venetian painter, lived in the 18th century. Renovated in April 2019, it offers a kitchen equipped with a microwave, fridge and freezer, stove and everything useful for cooking. New Bisazza mosaic bathroom with large shower for easy access and safety handles, sink which can also be used while sitting, washing machine. There is an extendable table for 6/8 people in a cozy dining room, equipped with air conditioning. Walking through the bright corridor with only 4 steps you arrive at the second bathroom, the living room and the night area, as well as the access to the garden, which can be illuminated in the night. The second bathroom is smaller but has a shower. The master bedroom has two windows overlooking a garden of another property, a large wardrobe with sliding doors and a bed of 160 cm. The largest room has two single beds with a possible sofa bed, equipped with wardrobe and independent access to the garden. Both with air conditioning and controlled mechanical ventilation In the living room, with direct access to the garden, there are two single sofa beds, air con and satellite television connected to the internet. The patio has been completeli renovated, with a new flooring and new plants and flowers. Hôtes vraiment très gentils et disponibles. Ils se sont adaptés à nos horaires pour nous faciliter le séjour. La maison est très propre, très bien pensée, suffisamment grande pour permettre à chacun de se ressourcer. La climatisation fonctionne très bien, ce qui est appréciable compte tenu de la chaleur que nous avons eue. Il y a une petite cour en arrière cuisine très pratique pour faire sécher le linge sans être encombrés dans la maison. Environnement calme, proche de tout. Pour que ce soit parfait, nous aurions aimé plus d’ombre au dessus de la table extérieure, les plantes grimpantes sur la pergola extérieure n’avaient pas complètement poussées et pas de parasol donc difficile de manger en plein soleil. La terrasse est très belle mais nous aurions aimé 2 transats pour pouvoir en profiter un peu… Enfin dernier détail à améliorer pour les courts séjours comme le nôtre (3 nuits) , nous aurions aimé que la gestion des poubelles soient prise en charge par la femme de ménage en fin de séjour. En effet, il faut donner les poubelles à l’éboueur qui passe à la porte avant 09h30 ou les emmener nous mêmes au bateau déchets avant 09h45…en vacances, c’est une contrainte trop matinale qui nous a dérangée. Nous avons eu la malchance de séjourner lors d'un épisode d'acqua alta et n'avions pas été prévenu d'une possible inondation de la maison, ce qui nous a valu quelques désagréments... ##### ANNE F. Marco and his assistant Paola were great at assisting us with our needs! This rental is in Cannaregio, so very close to the Fondamente Nuove vaporetto stop, making it super convenient to get to Murano and Burano and also a short walk to Rialto Market and bridge! It is a 3 room, 2 bathroom place with very adequate space! A washing machine is provided; for those who complain about not having a dryer, they’ve obviously not figured out that’s just how Italy is! There are places to hang dry and you can do laundry accordingly. There is also a little kitchen; we actually cooked some while here and it was great! The rental opens up to a courtyard and garden, which are beautiful! If you are looking for an affordable, comfortable Venice VRBO with a great location, this one checks all the boxes! And if you come to Venice, expect to get lost! We got lost a lot, but that is how you find the coolest things and places! I should also mention, you are very close to fresh market stalls and InCoop, a grocery store. ##### Avery P. Its in a region of venice, where you not only meets tourists. It could comfortably accommodate 5 people in two bedrooms. The kitchen well furnished, the living room has two couches and a flat screen tv with news stations in English. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a tub/ shower and washing machine. The location is great with cafes, a bakery, and grocery shop nearby.
