Ground-floor apartment consisting of an independent kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, and toaster; a bedroom with one queen-size and one single bed; a bathroom with shower; and finally a large terrace. There is a sofa bed in the apartment. The building does not have an elevator. On the ground floor available to all guests is a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer. \* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m. Known throughout the world as the city built on water, given its construction on 100 islands in the lagoon, Venice is one of Italy's most popular locations worldwide. Jul 11, 2025 Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy Disliked: Communication #### Luxury Palace 11 during Heat wave The apartment is well designed, spacious and located overlooking a small canal. Its very central and in walking distance of the centre and restaurants which is great.It was generally clean except for a lot of cutlery and crocery in the kitchen which needed washing...the coffee maker still had old coffee in it when we got it out.We had issues with the A/c which kept cutting out and not cooling properly. We could reach the property managers head office in Milan ( and Ludovicka tried her best to be helpful), but the numbers for local personel did not work at all even though it was advertised as concactable 9am to 11pm....it was not. We had to wait for the next day for the ac technician to come and check the AC....it was a hot night. He also had to come a few times the next day and ended up having to show us how to reset the AC unit which was tripping out every few hours. It was quite frustrating trying to get in contact with the local venice staff...and the emergency number did not work. The AC technician was great and friendly. We considered checking into different accomodation at one point but glad we didnt.
