The apartment is fully furnished with designer furniture, modern-style paintings and wallpapers, and large bright windows overlooking the canal. The accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa and a splendid open kitchen fully equipped with an oven, washing machine, and dishwasher; two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, and one with two single beds. a bathroom with a shower and window completes the layout. There is a sofa bed in the apartment. The building does not have an elevator. Our guests will have additional amenities such as air conditioning, a hair dryer, a toaster, and free WIFI. \* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m. \*Cot available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay. We also offer our guests authentic experiences to live in contact with local people. Also, the only area with AC is the living area, none of the rooms so we were sweating while sleeping. The room itself was fine, the communication with the property manager was stellar, just not what we were expecting at all. Just be aware.Also, as an American, we did not understand it was just a washing machine, not a washer and dryer combined. Just food for thought, not a bad place to stay over all though.
