The apartment is fully furnished with designer furniture in shades of white and taupe; modern-style paintings and large bright windows overlooking the canal. The accommodation consists of a living room; a splendid kitchen with a peninsula fully equipped with an oven, washing machine, and dishwasher; two bedrooms both with queen-size beds; a bathroom with a shower and window; and finally, the apartment's highlight: the balcony with access from the second bedroom overlooking the canal. There is a sofa bed in the apartment. The building does not have an elevator. Our guests will have additional amenities such as television, air conditioning, hair dryer, toaster, and free WIFI. \* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival.
