The apartment consists of an entrance hall; a living room with a sofa and dining room; a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and microwave; two bedrooms, one with a single bed and one with a queen-sized bed; and finally, a bathroom with a shower completes the layout. There is a sofa bed in the house. The building does not have an elevator. \* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m. \*Cot available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay. Our guests will have additional amenities such as Free wifi, a washing machine, air conditioning, heating, a television, and a hair dryer. We were so excited to stay in Venice however when we arrived at the apartment it smelt so strongly of cigarettes. Despite opening all of the windows the smell didn’t dissipate. Sleeping with the smell was very difficult.
