Wide staircases lead to the two separate apartments, both with rooms facing the field and with the living rooms overlooking the canal. Suggestive gondolas pass by and can be glimpsed from the large windows. The building does not have an elevator. San Marco Balcony: Spacious and elegant apartment recently renovated. The accommodation is elegantly furnished and is divided into two areas. The entrance gives onto the living area where we find the service bathroom, a large fully equipped kitchen, and a majestic living room with a crystal table, frescoes, and a comfortable sofa, All overlooking the canal. In the sleeping area, there are two bedrooms and a fabulous marble bathroom with bathtub and shower. The two rooms are both large, with high ceilings and large windows leading to the balcony with a Campo view. One consists of a very soft queen-size bed, large closet, and TV, while the second room is adjacent to the first and consists of a queen-size bed, closet, and TV. There is also a sofa bed in the apartment. \* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m. Known throughout the world as the city built on water, given its construction on 100 islands in the lagoon, Venice is one of Italy's most popular locations worldwide. It is a real open-air museum, thanks to its historical and artistic heritage made of churches, palaces, and museums. Strolling through Venice is like diving in the past: the so-called calli (streets) are dotted and framed by aristocratic buildings such as the Doge's Palace, the historic home of the Doges, spectacular bridges including the famous Rio Alto Bridge, and canals navigable by gondolas, waterbuses, and boats of all kinds. The most famous local event is the Carnival, thanks to its centuries-old tradition of masks and costumes that enliven the streets every year. Last but not least, the famous "Bàcaro Tour" is a must: a tour among taverns where to taste local wine along with cicheti, typical Venetian tasty bites.
