Bright and refined two-room apartment located on the second floor of a Venetian palace. Upon entering, guests are greeted by a spacious living area that includes a cozy living room with a sofa and TV. The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances including a dishwasher, oven, microwave and toaster. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, wardrobe, and TV, providing a comfortable and restful environment. The apartment also has a modern bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. To ensure maximum comfort, the apartment offers a range of additional amenities including free WiFi, a washing machine, an iron, air conditioning, and heating. Cot available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay. \*The building is not equipped with an elevator. \* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The heart of the city is the enchanting St. Mark's Square, which houses the Basilica of the same name and welcomes thousands of tourists from all over the world every day. The most famous local event is the Carnival, thanks to its centuries-old tradition of masks and costumes that enliven the streets every year. Last but not least, the famous "Bàcaro Tour" is a must: a tour among taverns to taste local wine along with cicheti, typical Venetian tasty bites.
