Petit hôtel sans service, mais c'est normal pour un 2 étoiles. Ce qui l'est moins, pour un 2 étoiles, c'est qu'il m'a coûté 409.50€ pour trois nuits. c'est à dire 136.50€ la nuit ! (hors taxe de séjour) Mais il est à Venise...

Hotel calme, bien tenu, sans prétention, idéal pour passer un grand week-end à Venise en se logeant à bon marché. Correspond tout à fait à ce que nous recherchions pour passer 4 jours à Venise. Literie, peut mieux faire, mais acceptable. Pas de service petit déjeuner, mais des cafés à proximité où l'on peut prendre un petit dej sympa. Personnel accueillant.

Hebergement Indigne pour le prix exorbitant demand
Hotel tout simplement minable.Tout est vieux, en mauvais état et sale. Et le service est du même acabit. Un piège à touristes qui ne passent qu'une fois et ne reviendront jamais. Heureusement, il y a Venise. Hotel A éviter si vous le pouvez et il vaut mieux aller dormir pour moitié prix à trevise dans un hôtel tout confort (compris 45 minutes max de trajet en train pas cher et direct).

Juste pour le prix et la situation dans Venise
Aucune des photos Expedia ne correspond à la chambre que nous avons eu, c'est certain. Une seule photo (celle de l'entrée) correspond à peu près à ce qu'on a vu. Sinon, l’hôtel est ultra-basique et aucun petit-déjeuner ne nous a été proposé (mais il y a 2 cafés très proches qui ont parfaitement fait l'affaire (comptez entre 7 et 15 euros par personne dans ces cafés selon vos goûts) La chambre était très petite mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé. C'est mal isolé avec l'extérieur donc c'est bruyant quand quelqu'un dans la rue parle fort (mais l’hôtel n'est pas dans le passage heureusement). Essayer de ne pas être trop proche de l'entrée car sinon, on entend le téléphone comme si il était dans la chambre. Mais pour le prix, rien à dire car on est bien situé pour aller visiter Venise dès le lever du jour et c'est ce que nous recherchions.

Mauvaise expérience
L'hôtel est bien placé dans un quartier (un peu) épargné par les hordes de touristes et vivant. En revanche, l'accueil s'est révélé très mauvais. Le réceptionniste a exigé que nous payions en liquide à l'arrivée alors que la réservation était prépayée. Nous avons été obligés de lui montrer le mail de confirmation sur notre téléphone (internet 3g à nos frais) pour qu'il accepte de vérifier et nous donne enfin les clés de la chambre sans même un mot d'excuse. Attention à ne pas céder (le réceptionniste a fini par nous faire douter). La chambre était mal isolée et donc très bruyante (nuits courtes). Elle était néanmoins très propre. L'expérience est donc globalement mauvaise

Bonne surprise
Bien situé (pas loin gare, arrivée bus aéroport et vaporetto). Accueil sympathique et chaleureux, chambre petite mais très propre et correcte, hotel très calme. Possibilité de laisser (gratuitement) les bagages en consigne. Bon rapport qualité prix pour la période (début mai..)

Hôtel très bien situé à 25 mn à pieds de la Place San Marco et 3 minutes d'un arrêt de Vaporetto. Très bon accueil et équipe à l'écoute des clients.

Rapport qualité-prix très satisfaisant. On est au coeur de Venise, à 10 mn à pied de la gare ou de la Piazzale Roma . Le patron parle toutes les langues. L'Hotel est bien chauffé, ce qui, en période de Carnaval n'est pas négligeable...

The hotel is in a residential area, so we felt like we got a glimpse of the real Venice. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was large and clean. We were given a room across the little courtyard, and it was actually a small apartment with a kitchen (loved it). There were restaurants and shopping close by and it was a short walk to a couple of the vapporetto stops, which made getting to the major sites very easy. The woman who cleaned our room, Consuelo, recommended a little place for breakfast and it was the best breakfast we had the entire 11 days we were in Venice. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Excellent location in a quiet area and close to shops, restaurants, supermarket, etc. Very happy that we were given an apartment with kitchen. Rooms are big and it has everything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel. Manola was very helpful and friendly. Check in/out was sooth and efficient.

Great location but absolutely tiny room. No other facilities at all. Very clean, but the cleaner, who is ever so lovely, but unaware that hoovering outside your door at 8.30am and banging the door with the Hoover is slightly annoying. It’s a great place if you need a bed and a shower. You literally won’t get more than that here. Very clean though and I would potentially stay again.

The only good thing about this property is the friendly staff. Apart from that everything is poor. There is dust everywhere on the ceiling clear indication no one dusts it. There was 2 blood stains on the blanket. Not to forget a huge hole in the wall that literally I could the street outside from it. The shower also was a huge hassle. The water changes temperature constantly from extremely hot to cold without even changing the lever of the shower, this really bothered me as I had to just wait until the water reached a normal temperature again. It is very overpriced for what they offer. Yes they are located in a good spot and Venice is expensive but the least they good do is clean and maintain their facilities properly. The room like I said was a huge disappointed and I will for sure never come back. They also fake advertise their stars as having 3 stars on their front door and keys while they are actually 2 stars. In reality they should be one star or none for their poor quality.

Wir wurden bei der Ankunft freundlich empfangen. Mich hatte es nur gewundert, dass wir nichts ausfüllen mussten bzw. unterschreiben mussten. Nur die Ausweise wurden hierfür kopiert. Das Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten war sehr klein und die Decken waren auch nicht wirklich sauber. Zudem waren die Wände und Türen sehr hellhörig, so dass man die Gespräche am Empfang hören konnten. Das WLan war ein Witz, es hatte einen sehr schwachen Empfang, nur vorne am Empfang direkt hatte man Internet. Morgens wurde man auch direkt gegen 8/9 Uhr vom Staubsaugen geweckt. Es war weniger erholsam und gemütlich. Das einzige Gute daran, war die Lage des Hotels.

Fine budget friendly hotel
This hotel was a fine spot to stay for the price. I am not a fan of firm beds so to me the bed and pillow (or lack there of) were very uncomfortable. That being said, the price and location were great. Near enough to the train station and water bus stops that it makes it easy to access everything you need. If you are looking for a budget spot with wifi, 24/7 reception, and won't be spending much time in your hotel anyways, then this spot will do the trick.

Positives: Good location (all major sites within 1.5 km by walk), affordable price, comfortable bed, evening staff was very friendly, morning staff did not speak much English Negatives: 1. Stayed in room on ground floor and there is not a lot of noise insulation, everything from outside can be heard. 2. Room has very small window, not very well ventilated 3. Wifi connection was not very fast and did not work at times 4. Small room/bathroom size(I guess its common for Venice)

Place was adequate for the one night we stayed in Venice. We were a family of four and they put us up across the alley in an apartment. No luxury at all. The staff was pleasant and the held our luggage while we toured around the next day. Worth the price only because Venice is super expensive.

Cute and pleasant.
This hotel was better than expected for the price we paid. We was able to check in an hour early and the lady at reception with blonde hair was very welcoming and exceptionally helpful. Our room was spotless, comfy beds and chic cute furniture. The bad reviews I read before hand are ridiculous, we didn't see any mold in the room. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and we feel the price we paid was very good. Thank you hotel henry for a great experience.
