Il fut difficile de s’enregistrer à notre arrivée, puisque nous n’avions pas l’application what’s app. Ainsi, personne n’était présent pour nous ouvrir. Mis à part cela, très belle chambre, confortable, sécuritaire, bien placée dans la ville.

Chambre familial tarif très correct quartier animé
Hotel sans reception, mais mentionné dans les avis, donc nous étions au courant, digicode reçu parfaitement à 15h comme prévu. Hotel propre, teresa qui s occupe du nettoyage et du petit-déjeuner est adorable et souriante. Prix très attractif pour une famille de 4 dans une chambre familial moderne. Équipements strict minimum mais parfait. Petit déjeuner suffisant avec le minimum nécessaire et prix imbattable en novembre dans le quartier animé de san polo à Venise. Séjour de 4nuits parfait, seule petit petit bémol et comme dans beaucoup de bâtiments à Venise je pense, les chambres au premier étage parfois bruyante. Sinon tout était parfait, merci encore à Teresa.

J’ai du mal à croire qu’après avoir séjourné dans cette hôtel il faut traverser la moitié de Venise pour garder les bagages avec un coût de 5 euros par pièce. Mais depuis l’arrivée, la communication avec les responsables de l’hôtel fut difficile et lente. Toutefois, l’hôtel possède une bonne situation et la chambre est parfaite. À vous de voir mais je ne reviendrai pas, c’est certain. Merci à l’équipe Expedia pour un traitement rapide de ma plainte.

Dear guest, I cannot even verify your reservation as you left the review in anonymous. Anyways we offer check in online service to make check in smoothier and easier so that you do not need to pass by the reception but you can go straight to the hotel.

The hotel is located very convenient and there is a supermarket downstairs. Wished the room had more tables as it only had 2 very small night stands. No counters space in the bathroom. The hotel ran out of water while my child was shower. It only had burning HOT water. Then no water at all. Text the hotel staff and didn't get back to me until the next day. No front desk staff.

Initially our first impression was great that this hotel was very nice but soon after that faded. The bathroom smelled extremely awful worse than sewer water! The cleaning staff was very rude. Whoever was responding on Expedia wasn’t clear about how to pay taxes since the links they sent didn’t work. Finally they said to pay with cleaning lady so we did and she yelled NO, NO, NO! Like we were children, when tried to pay for the taxes with a card. I gave her cash then she didn’t have change so I had to overpay not by choice. Will not recommend this place to friends or family and will not consider this hotel again.

2023年7月に家族4人で2泊しました。 部屋に入ると、クーラーが効いており、冷たい水のペットボトルも人数分準備されていました。とても暑い季節なので嬉しいサービスです。部屋も清潔でした。朝食もおばちゃんの手作りケーキや、一杯ずつ入れてくれるカプチーノもとても美味しかったです。ホテルの目の前にスーパーがありとても便利です。皆さんにお勧めできるホテルです。

The hotel was in a great location with a couple of really yummy restaurants right outside the door and a little grocery store as well. The rooms were spacious, super clean, and well air conditioned. I would definitely come back here again!

The room was very clean, and the hotel has gone through major renovation, yet maintaining its original facade and historic nature. The balconies were particularly pleasant opportunities for a relaxing start to the day. There is no front staff, but I could get quick responses through texting, and the codes were sent for checking in on time.

My friend and I travelled North of Italy and Venice was our last stop. It was unfortunate that Grifoni Boutique was our least favourite stay. We weren't comfortable and were looking forward to returning home. The good thing was, we were only in Venice for two days and maximized our time exploring that we were only in our room to sleep and shower. Pros: - Right across the grocery store. We stocked up on fruits and water - Away from the tourist crowds but within walking distance to the main attraction. If you haven't been to Venice before, the streets are always congested and we preferred a quieter area. Cons: - Not comfortable! Our room was very humid and we didn't have control of the a/c. We visited in the spring and keep in mind, it will get hotter if you're visiting in the summer. The bathroom was very moist and you can see the condensation on the walls. - We were spoiled from our other stays and had cleaned towels everyday. Grifoni only provided one towel per person the entire stay. Since the ventilation in our unit was poor, we were drying ourselves in a damp towel. - The bed was very springy and pillows are flat - You can hear everything. We can hear every step from the person staying above us and their conversations. - Since there is no front desk, I contacted staff by WhatsApp. We asked if there was an iron in our rooms. As well, we inquired how to book a porter to take us to the train station. They took two days to respond - after we checked out.

The booking process was a little unusual. Had to reach out to get the correct link to an online form, which was later sent through WhatsApp. I also had to pay the city tax through a site, and this could have been due to my check in date and time being Sunday at midnight. I was given a form with pictures and directions on how to arrive but Maps was able to direct us as well (we compared both) the code to enter the building and then enter the room was very easy.

Good quiet stay
Very clean, comfortable new room. If you are after a quiet out of the main part of Venice spot this is perfect. It is a bit of a walk to St Marco, however it does have restaurants and bars close by with a small convenience store right at front.
