Most of the furniture is fine style, as is ceiling decoration. Contrary to the online description, the flat has only two rooms, so beyond four people they have to sleep in the living-cum-dining room. A vaporetto stop on the 1 line is 2 minutes away. The rooms are spacious. ONE OF THE BEDROOMS ALSO HAD VIEW OVER GRAND CANAL. APPARTMENT WAS CLEAN AND OVER ALL WELL EQUIPED. GOOD WI-FI. 2 MIN WALK FRON SAN SILVESTRO VAPARETTO STOP. GOOD LOCATION FOR EXPLORING VENICE. We loved our mornings sitting by the open windows in the living room and watching the activity on the Grand Canal! That’s plenty of windows, and lots of space as it is a large apartment. It is also very close to a Vaporeto stop, which is important for getting around. Also has restaurants close by. And grocery stores. It is an older unit, but the kitchen and bathrooms have been upgraded and were very helpful. If you like coffee in the morning, bring your own coffee pods, as they have a coffee maker, but no pods.It is on the first floor of the building, and has stairs. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the accommodations necessary to make it feel like home. The building and views were amazing being on the Grand Canal. ##### Alex C. The place was exactly as advertised. So close to the S. Sebastian water bus stop, but also so quiet.
