Lovely loft apartment, embellished with classic coffered ceilings, located on the third floor of a building with no elevator. The apartment consists of a living room furnished with a double sofa bed, dining table and open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven and toaster. This is followed by a mezzanine floor that houses a bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed. Finally, a bathroom with a bathtub and one with a shower complete the layout of the apartment. Our guests will enjoy additional amenities such as: Free wifi, air conditioning, heating, and ironing facilities. Cot available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay. \*The building is not equipped with an elevator. \* Key collection is possible from 15:00 at Rio Terà Sant'Andrea, Santa Croce, 460, 30135, Venice.
