A short amble to the picturesque Campo San Barnaba, the iconic Church of the Salute, the Accademia Galleries and Bridge, the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, the Palazzo Cini Gallery, plus the Punta Della Dogana Center of Contemporary Art, and close to a variety of fine restaurants and bars including Ristorante Riviera, Enoteca Ai Artisti, Oniga, Locanda Montin, Osteria Al Squero and Cantine del Vino già Schiavi to name but a few. It’s in a great location: far enough from the main tourist spots so that it’s quiet but close enough to easily get to Venezia’s main attractions. There are amenities nearby (restaurants, taxis, groceries, etc), which made it easier on us with children. The apartment itself is impeccably designed and decorated. We did have to move some beautiful vases and other things to get them out of children’s reach. The owner and property manager were so accommodating with us as well. The Dimora San Trovaso Is a stunning detached red house with a little tower, four super stylish bedrooms with amazing bathrooms, a bright and colorful living room and a golden kitchen!
