### Cozy Venice Condo 4 miles to the beach

Condo is 4 miles from Venice Beach; This condominium is on the second floor with vaulted ceilings and a beautiful view of the lake and pool. The complex is well maintained and includes a pool right next to the unit with a small community area. This updated unit is open, bright and spacious & equipped with all the modern conveniences of home. Strong Wi-Fi signal, for those working from home or to stream your favorite shows on the Roku TV. The town of Venice is three miles away and the beach is 4 miles away. There’s tons of restaurants and boutique shops for your enjoyment. I-75 is also a couple miles away for easy on/off access. The condo has everything a guest would need! A 3-month rental is required per the HOA. Please message us for details!
