The apartment consists of two double rooms with a bathroom on the first floor, a single room with a bathroom on the second floor, a living room with kitchen on the third floor and a magnificent terrace on the fourth floor. Upon request, 1 additional bed (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 6 people. Check-in time: 15:00 to 20:00\. Check in was delayed by 3 hours- no cleaners. Along with a neighbor who told us while waiting to check in that this apartment was notorious for delayed prep for the next guest. There is literally nothing but toilet paper- so hit the super market for basics like coffee, paper towels, laundry detergent! Fuses blow easily (washer on) and it is not a quick fix to reset the fuse box- our check in associate Lucca was MIA after our first disgruntled phone call due to not being able to check in 2 hours after proposed check in time. Although area is truly amazing- the apartment management team is very lax regarding service/being accommodated- so know this ahead of time! All you are paying for is the location- and it’s not necessarily worth it when you only have a few days in Venice and want to enjoy and not have to worry about things like toilet paper, clean beds and blown fuses ##### Suzanne B.
