Clean and close by to the train station, 5 minute walk. Great location for a short visit to visit Venice. Room and bed was clean. Washroom was clean there is no stand-up shower there is a handheld shower head. Could use an update in the shower as there was a bit of mildew. Common area was nice and clean , there is a fridge, stove and kettle. Overall the place was fine if you just need a place to sleep.

Check-in could have been a little better. But the space was clean and it was very easy to get to the train station to reach Santa Lucia Station in Venice.

Decent stay

Decent stay and close to the Mestre station. Not very obvious to find as the hotel is in an apartment complex and there is no big sign board in front. The staff sits somewhere else and they arrive only when called. The city tax is 4 euro per person per day and not 1 euro per person per day as mentioned in hotels.com. The bed was not the best and was sinking inside in the middle.

Prenotato sia per la posizione, a pochi minuti dalla stazione di Mestre che per il prezzo sui 60 euro una matrimoniale. Ho prenotato una camera matrimoniale con letto king size ma era un normalissimo letto , in bagno neanche una mensola per apportare qualcosa, specchio molto alto ( inutile per me ) mancava il bidet , almeno mettere un doccino , non puoi farti la doccia tutte le volte... personale alla reception che capiva poco e parlava poco l'italiano meglio in inglese ma siamo in Italia! Tassa di soggiorno 4 euro a persona ( non era questo il prezzo scritto sulla prenotazione ( avremmo dovuto pagare 57,00 euro compreso tassa di soggiorno, ne abbiamo pagato 62 . Non c'è disponibilità di fare la colazione a buffet, non c'è nessuna macchina per il caffè ( solo un bollitore) ma siamo in Italia o no? Per tutti questi motivi , per la non correttezza delle informazioni non lo riprenoterei, per la vicinanza alla stazione e per la pulizia della camera si

Je ne recommande pas. Premièrement quasiment impossible de les joindre avant le Check-in, j’ai envoyé de nombreux messages avant sans réponses, et pas de numéro pour appeler. Nous avons du nous déplacer sur place le matin afin de vérifier que l’hôtel existait bien et pouvoir obtenir un numéro qui est indiqué sur la porte et avoir quelqu’un : seul point positif nous avons pu du coup faire le Check-in plus tôt, et laisser nos bagages après le check-out. La personne est réactive au téléphone et arrive en quelques minutes au logement pour nous ouvrir. Sinon concernant la chambre, draps sales (traces noires), très mal isolée, nous avons subi la conversation Téléphonique d’une voisine jusqu’à 1h du matin. Salle de bain approximative. Et pour finir, la taxe de séjour indiquée lors de la réservation et applicable à Venise pour tous les logements est de 1€ par nuit et par personne. On nous a fait payer 4€/nuit/personne, j’ai fait remarquer l’erreur sur le moment, il m’a dit que non c’était moi qui m’était trompée. Mais après vérifications c’est bien ce qu’il y avait d’indique, 1€/nuit/personne et ce montant est le même pour TOUS les hébergements dans la ville. Désormais impossible de me faire rembourser la différence. Bref hormis le check-in en avance, et la possibilité de laisser ses affaires après le Check-out, rien de positif.

Hyvä paikka yöpyä

Hyvä paikka yöpyä. Mukava, siisti huone ja hyvä sijainti. Kauppoja ja ravintoloita lähellä. 1,5km päässä on viihtyisämpi Mestren alue, jossa paljon kuppiloita, ravintoloita yms. Ainoa miinus on se, että majoittajalle tarvitsee soittaa paikanpäältä, eikä tästä ollut ilmoitusta missään. Joten tarkista että pystyt soittamaan puhelimestasi.

La chambre de 3 est petite, la salle de bain n’a pas de douche, uniquement une petite baignoire avec de l’eau chaude au bout de quelques minutes et qui ne reste que par période. Le plafond et les murs de la salle de bain sont tout abîmés.

Our stay was very good. The owner was very kind and willing to help on anything. The apartment was very clean, and there was a communal kitchen with all equipment available and also very clean. We could also use a communal living room which was not crowded at all, plus there was an office available for use with computer.

Stanza pulita, condizionatore in camera, che dire TV tutto, bagno pulito davvero ottimo. Non è un hotel ma un ottimo appartamento dotato di varie camere ed il bagno é privato.
